Order Acceptance Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem necessary, and may require additional information from you before accepting or processing any order. If your order is cancelled, you will not be billed.

Delivery Methods

Orders placed through guyfinley.com usually ship within 48 hours after we've received the order.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $1.99 for all products shipped to locations inside the United States. We ship these items through the United States Postal Service using their Library rate. Expect your package in 2-3 weeks.

Expedited Shipping
We offer priority shipping on orders inside the United States. These shipments are sent by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Delivery times are typically 5-7 days.

Foreign Shipping
We send foreign shipments through United States Postal Service Airmail.

Refunds and Returns

All products except downloadable eBooks and downloadable audio files are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. You may return a qualifying item for a full refund minus shipping charges anytime during that 30-day period.

Please note that until a returned item has been physically received at Life of Learning Foundation, it is the property and responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide for shipping insurance and/or shipment tracking on any shipment returned to Life of Learning for a refund or exchange.

Jurisdiction

Guyfinley.com is an Oregon 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and you agree that any legal action brought against Guyfinley.com shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. And you agree all disagreements arising from orders placed through Guyfinley.com will be handled in the county of Josephine, Oregon by an appropriate federal or state court.
