Question: How do I place my order? Are there
other ways for me to order?
Answer: Yes.
Please visit our Ordering
Help page for ordering options and instructions.
Question: When I click to add an item to
my shopping cart, I noticed that I am taken to a site different
from GuyFinley.com. Why?
Answer: Our
site uses the Yahoo! shopping cart for handling orders. Yahoo!
has made tremendous investments to develop a very robust, reliable,
and secure order-processing system. When you click to order an
item, you are taken to Yahoo!'s order-processing website.
Question: It seems like there are two different
stores on your site. I get to the second store after adding an
item to my shopping cart. Why is this?
Answer: We
use an order processing system maintained by Yahoo!, and their
system creates a set of product pages automatically based on the
products we've listed in the product database. We're working to
improve the way this works, but for the time being, whenever you
want to return to the guyfinley.com website, simply click on the
"Keep Shopping" link at the bottom of any shopping cart
page.

Question: How do I download my eBooks or
MP3 files?
Answer: Follow
the steps below to download your items. Please note: You must have
software such as Adober Reader or Preview installed on your computer before you
can open and read eBooks. The Adobe Reader software is available
for free from the Adobe
web site.
- After you submit your order, keep your order
confirmation page open in your browser. Look for the blue "Download" buttons just underneath the names of the downloadable items or bonuses you ordered. All order items are listed in the bottom right of the confirmation page under the column that says, "Your Order."
- If you already closed your confirmation page,
open the confirmation e-mail you received when you placed your
order. Click the link underneath
where it says, "You can always find out the current status of
your order by going to." A web browser window will open which
displays your order information. Follow the instructions at the
very top of that page in order to re-activate the download
buttons for your order items.
- If you no longer have the confirmation
page open and you don't have the confirmation e-mail, please
contact us for help.
- For eBooks:
The default PDF software on your computer (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.) should launch and your eBook should
appear on-screen. We suggest you immediately save your eBook
to a folder on your computer so you can return to it easily
next time. In Adobe Reader you would click the "Save" icon from the
toolbar.
For MP3 files:
When downloading MP3 files, your computer might automatically
launch the program it uses to play MP3's. If this happens, just
choose to save the file from the program's menu bar.
For both:
If a "File Download" box appears after clicking the
"Download Now" button, choose the "Save to disk"
option and save the file to your computer. Then you can navigate
to the saved file on your computer and double-click it to open
it.
- If you have trouble after clicking the "Download
Now" button, go back and try saving the file to your computer
directly. To do this, right-click on the download button and
choose "Save Target As..." or "Save link as..."
from the pop-up menu, and then provide a location and filename
for saving the file. (If you're a Mac user, you would <control>-click
on the button to display the pop-up menu.)
- Before opening and using your eBooks &
MP3's, go back to the download page and save all your items
to your computer.
- Once you've downloaded all your items you can
navigate to the location where you stored your file(s) and double-click
to view them.
Question: Where can I learn more about eBooks?

Question: I clicked the "listen"button
to play the audio clips, but nothing seems to happen.
Answer: The
Guy Finley audio samples are created and played back by a special
program called RealAudio. In order to hear those samples, you need
to have the RealAudio Player (or a RealAudio compatible player)
installed on your computer's hard drive.
If you're not sure if you have RealAudio, click
here to test it. If you have RealAudio,
and it is properly Installed, you should hear a brief message from
Guy.
If you do not have the Real Audio Player installed
on your computer, you can download a free copy from their website.
The download takes about 15 minutes for dial-up internet connections,
and installs itself automatically. Click on the button below to
go to the RealAudio site and follow the instructions there.

Note: When you click-thru to the following page,
the link for the free version of the RealAudio player is often
hidden in a corner of the screen.
If you find you're still having trouble getting
the RealAudio files to play, you might try visiting Technical
Support at RealAudio. It's actually a very helpful resource
for resolving problems with the RealAudio player.
Question: I tried to download the RealAudio
Player and it doesn't seem to do anything. I am using AOL or WebTV.
Answer: AOL
and WebTV present a whole new range of problems. These programs
allow you to enter the World Wide Web only through their network
and using their special software which will not run any 3rd party
programs like RealAudio. Try contacting the technical service people
at AOL or WebTV and ask them if they have a solution for you. You
might also try checking Technical
Support at RealAudio.
