Think of the role music's played in your own life. The songs you love. How they've helped you understand and express your own feelings. How they've evoked hope... longing... happiness... even the wish to be a better person.
Music moves us, literally; it has the power to take us from one place to another. And sacred music has the power to touch the aspiring soul, to help it grow. Conscious music can actually lift and transport us from one level of being to another by awakening our latent potential to be "as one" with the music of the spheres... to be the living sounding board for the "lost chord."
This is why we love music the way we do: it serves to stir certain celestial qualities we have long sensed live at the core of our being, but couldn't touch. But now we can.

(Listen to Samples Below)
DEVOTION - An engaging piano piece which beautifully expresses the beginning of one's spiritual journey. A simple melody introduces the dawning of a new possibility within oneself, which blossoms into joyous devotion as the Light unfolds within. The final measures express the peace, comfort, and quiet certainty that come with knowing all is well when one dwells in God's life.

PUER NATUS CHANT - Traditionally sung at Christmas, this piece is based on the scripture "Unto us a child is born": Isaiah 9:6. The spiritual meaning is that moment-to-moment a new spirit is born to us that is able to guide our life, when we are awake to it.
JESU DULCIS MEMORIA - This prayer tells us that remembering the Light is sweet, but above all joys is being with the Light in the Presence Moment. The very sound of the Latin words and the development of the melody and harmonies instill a feeling of peace and presence in the listener. May we always remember the Light and work to stay aware in the Now.
PRELUDE - This is the first and best-known prelude from Bach's 48 Preludes and Fugues, known as the Well-Tempered Clavier. In a way, this piece sounds experimental, which all of us are encouraged to be in this work. As the prelude develops, small steady changes lead to a beautiful progression and transformation.

UBI CARITAS - French composer Maurice Durufle created this lush choral setting of "Ubi Caritas et amor, Deus ibi est": Where there is charity and love, God is there. The love of Christ has gathered us as one. From a sincere heart let us love one another. If our attention is continually placed on charity and love there is nothing more to do; God is there.
I SURRENDER ALL - "All to you, I surrender; Make me wholly thine; Fill me with thy love and power; Truly know that thou art mine." The simple but uplifting piano arrangement of this classic song sweetly captures the essence of the true relationship we are meant to have with the Light, through our willingness to wholly surrender to its ever-present invitation to be Love's instrument.
DANNY BOY - This beautiful Irish ballad is dedicated to the memory of Mr. Vernon Howard.

FIND THE COST OF FREEDOM -&- LOVE SONG - The blending of these two tracks into one helps remind us that Love comes only to the open heart and clear mind and that it is only Love that can truly free us. But we must be willing to lay down our own life for a love that is higher and brighter.
WAITING FOR YOU - This poignant piano piece opens tentatively, with the realization of finding the Light absent from one's life. The music moves through passages of sadness, resistance, and longing, ending as helplessly as it started, with the empty, unresolved feeling of a Love unrealized. In these dark hours, we must strive to remember that our awareness of Love's absence is in fact a reflection of its unseen presence within us, waiting to be revealed.
JESU REX ADMIRABILES - The literal translation is "Jesus king to be admired." The name Jesus comes from the Greek Iesous which was derived from the Aramaic, Yeshu. It means "Yaweh is salvation." In this setting by Palestrina, a rich harmony is developed in three parts that provides a means for us to look higher than our own thoughts and feelings.

ANGEL - This captivating piece invites us to be lifted to something higher. How often in our day-to-day routine are we caught in the "cold dark hotel room" of our thoughts; blame, resentment, anger, anxiety and rushing, forgetting that if we will turn to that which truly loves us, we can be free. As the music so beautifully expresses, "In the arms of the angel, may you find some comfort here."
COLORS OF THE WIND - This work for the piano is the theme from the Disney movie Pocahontas, a story about following one's heart and making the right choices. The piece is especially lovely because of its lush harmonies.
A PLACE CALLED HOME - This is a story of growing up spiritually and knowing life and truth for ourselves, within our hearts and not just from our minds. A favorite line is "And I make my bed with the stars above my head." That alone reminds us that life is beautiful and full in its simplicity. This place called home is the truth living within our hearts -- always and fully.

DOOR OF MY HEART - This is a very simple, yet plaintive song with complex spiritual overtones. It tells, lyrically and melodically, two stories that are one: first, of a seeker's irrepressible longing to know Divine Love; and secondly, how this aspiring lover waits, patiently, with a heart held "open wide" in anticipation of the Beloved's coming.
