of this site is a bit unclear, but the reference material is still

Homestead.com
Looks to be one of the best solutions for a completely web-based
development solution. You can set-up a site with them for about
$6/month and the really nice part about it is that it includes
special award-winning drag-and-drop SiteBuilder software to make
it easy to build a customized Web site without any knowledge of
HTML.
AutoSiteCreator
They're a bit expensive (starts at $20/month), but you get a very
nice-looking site in a matter of minutes by selecting from 30 different
professionally-designed site layouts.
WebBizBuilder
Another site comparable to AutoSiteCreator in pricing and features.
Register.com
Register.com is quite well-known when it comes to registering domain
names. They now offer web-hosting packages that include online,
template-based web site creation software for around $4.95/month.
ebiz-u.net
Another company offering complete web site creation and hosting
packages. This one apparently has very high ratings at the Better
Business Bureau. (always a good thing to know!).

groups. When you run into a problem that you just can't figure

plans. A great place to start when searching for that perfect hosting

Tripod from Lycos.com was CNET's top-rated free web-hosting provider,
including easy site creation tools. Even if you don't need them
for web-hosting, you'll appreciate their selection of free tutorials.

Easy
A well-designed site and service, offering free web-hosting with
the purchase of a web site domain name ($25/year total). However,
be careful of their add-on features - some look to be rather expensive.

A very well-known site when it comes to domain name registration.
Also has a few other tools relating to domain names that you might
find useful.
Hostica.com
A web-hosting and domain name registration company with very good
prices. They also have quite a few online videos
to walk you through all kinds of development and site set-up tasks.

This site, though subscription-based, is full of time-saving tools,
most notably its interface designs and web page templates. The
web page templates can save you a huge amount of development work.

A very professional pay-for-use clipart site. Nice images and reasonable
rates.
Photos.com
High quality photos at prices that are about as good as you'll
find anywhere.
Free
Clip Art
Try out clipartconnection.com for a limited selection of free clip
art images.
Microsoft Word - Get Free
Clip Art
If you're a user of Microsoft Word, here's a great way to find
free images for your web site. Open a new Word document and select
Insert | Picture | Clip Art. When the "Insert Clipart"
dialog box launches, click on the "Clips Online" button
from the top toolbar. This will take you to Microsoft's supporting
web site where you'll find some powerful tools for finding just
the right image.
